Speaking to the press, the dean of the Sol Nascente Polytechnic Institute, David Bóio, assured that the ISPSN managing board will focus on scientific research of the lectures and students from the provinces of Huambo and Bie.

The ceremony was attended by the vice-principal for scientific affairs of the José Eduardo dos Santos University (UJES), António Eduardo, members of political parties with seats in Parliament, religious entities, deans of the various public and private education institutions, teachers and students.
