LAUTECH Expels Three Students Over Exam Malpractices

Three students of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology ( LAUTECH), Ogbomoso who were incriminated in examination malpractices have been expelled by the institution's authorities.

The trio were found guilty of cheating and impersonating during examination.

A press release signed by the Acting Registrar of the University, Rev. Jacob Agboola, copies of which were made available to journalists in Ibadan said that the expulsion of the three affected students was ratified by the senate of the institution.

According to the statement, two others were suspended for the same offence.

The release maintained that the expulsion and suspension of the affected students take immediate effect.
