The project was funded by Engagement Global (GIZ) NRW Germany at the cost of 24.000 Euros, the equivalent of GH¢60,000.
Nana Anim Kokor II, Apewu Nkosoheema (Mrs. Bettina Landgrafe), Chief Executive Officer of the NGO, commended the sponsors of the project for donating the amount of money to help improve the level of education in the community.
She was grateful to the Chief, elders and entire community for assisting in building the Kindergarten.
Nana Anim Kokor II, however, used the occasion to advise parents to take their children's education seriously, because that was the only way to secure their future successfully.
Mr. Victor Kwaku Manu, Deputy Country Director for Madamfo Ghana Foundation, urged the community to take proper care of the building, and do the necessary maintenance when the need arises, to keep the building strong forever.
He also pledged the Foundation's willingness to support the community in different ways, only if they cooperated with it.
The District Chief Executive for Bosome-Freho District, Kwame Adarkwah, who was represented by Mr. Emmanuel Effah Yeboah, commended Madamfo Ghana Foundation, especially Nana Anim Kokor II, for the numerous projects they had provided for the Bosome-Freho District.
He appealed to the people of Detieso to make good use of the building by sending their children to school. He also promised the Assembly's support to the Foundation to provide more projects for the District.
Madam Alice Kyeremeh, Director of Education for the Bosome-Freho District, praised the Foundation for providing a better classroom block to replace the old one, which was on the verge of collapsing.
