Through the collaboration, the two pioneers of healthcare education will drive the advancement of healthcare services, medical education and scientific research within the UAE.

UAEU is a research-intensive, internationally regarded national university, committed to providing research solutions to challenges faced by the nation. Together, DHCC and UAEU will cooperate to progress the UAE’s healthcare education, training, professional development and research all for the greater good of our people.

The cooperation between DHCC and UAEU will see a particular focus in the field of promoting and conducting medical and scientific research into the health challenges and diseases faced by society today, with the overall aim of identifying ways to make our population healthier.

In addition, building capabilities and developing the skills of UAE nationals and healthcare professionals is a key ambition. Coupled with an outlined commitment to conducting Medial Education and Continuous Professional Development Programs across multiple specialisations, the pact aims to develop national capabilities and establish a sustainable healthcare workforce.
