Maranatha Volunteers International Begins Construction at VVU

Work on the construction of the Basic Schools structures sponsored by the Maranatha Volunteers International on VVU campus has taken off.
The structure for the Basic School is scheduled to be ready by the beginning of the next school year which starts in September. According to the Country Director of Maranatha Volunteers International, Mr Ronald Kedas, work on the block for a Senior High School (SHS) will take another year to complete.

He said in all, the school will have 51 classrooms that will cater for crèche to Senior High School.
Mr Kedas noted that work was moving on steadily despite a few challenges with the preparation of the grounds.
Already, concrete for three of the classrooms has been laid.
