Under the agreement signed at the Vice-Chancellor’s Conference room, the University shall among other things, provide the Consultant (Lagetronix) with access to its premises, systems and necessary facilities as may be required to enable the Consultant execute the project while the Consultant on the other hand will give prompt consideration to all queries and/or documents relating to the project, submitted to the Consultant by the University.
While signing the MoU, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Charles Ayo, noted that the ultimate goal for putting the project in place was to see how the University could speed up and sanitise the administrative processes and procedures without human influence.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Lagetronix, Mr. Femi Adesanya, stated that many dark areas in the agreement had been cleared and was able to come up with a system that would assist Covenant University in achieving the Vision 10: 2022. He appreciated the University for the opportunity to collaborate even as he expressed hope that the agreement would be a blessing to both institutions.
