Royal Agricultural University launches new food safety and quality management degree

Royal agricultural university
The Royal Agricultural University has launched a brand new MSc in Food Safety and Quality Management, leading the way in food safety in an increasingly globalised industry.

This new Masters degree has been created in response to an increasing demand by leading international experts and influential food buyers, for higher levels of management skills and professionalism. It will be relevant for graduates, as well as those working in the agri-food industries, seeking to ensure that the food we eat is as safe as it can be and of the quality demanded.

It addresses supply chain food safety and quality management in the wider context of food security, and provides students with the necessary training, education, skills, and experience to progress their career in today’s competitive employment market.

It is the latest addition to the University’s impressive portfolio of around 30 undergraduate and postgraduate courses, which remain popular amongst students wanting to study degrees in agriculture, food, business, equine, land management and real estate.

The Royal Agricultural University has a reassuringly high graduate employment rate, with 94% of graduates entering employment or further study within six months. This consistently high level of employability, maintained over the past five years, can be attributed, in part, to the strong industry links and contacts maintained by the RAU.

For course information and how to apply, visit the MSc Food Safety and Quality Management webpage. The University also offers two food and business postgraduate degrees, MBA Business Management in the Food Industries and MBA International Food and Agribusiness.
