The university will create bribery-free zones on its campuses.
It will also train what it calls integrity champions – anti-corruption crusaders.
This will be carried out between the university, Constitution Implementation Commission and the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission.
The university hopes this will be replicated in other institutions of higher learning countrywide.
Speaking during the launch Vice-Chancellor George Magoha said it was an attempt at reforms and to internalise the new constitutions at the university.
He said reforms had been successful especially with regard to student online registration and clearance.
“This heralds the beginning of activities that will be spread out to our colleges and central administration units targeting all members of the University community.
“More crucial in our activities is the involvement of the individual staff and students,” says Prof Magoha.
On Tuesday, the university circulated hard and soft copies of the Constitution to its 63,000 students and 7,000 staff.
