Halai Technical School Graduates 38 Students in Machine Technology

Halai Technical School 2013 Graduates
The Halai Technical School graduated on 6 July 38 students out of which 18 are female students in Machine Technology.

During the occasion, Mr. Kebedom Tedla, director of the school, indicated that the school which was established in 1966 under the name 'Pavoni Technical Institute' graduated 151 students in Machine Technology and Computer Science in advanced diploma in 2004 trained in three shifts, and that until 2011, 816 have been graduated in Accounting, Library Science and Archives.

He further explained that from 2012 on wards the school under the name 'Halai Technical School', is engaged in providing two years certificate programs in Machine Technology for students from Central region who completed grade 10, and called on students to effectively use the opportunity they are being provided and play their part in the national development programs.

Mr. Tesfai Seium, Director General of Technical and Vocational Training in the Education Ministry, pointed out that the Technical School has been producing skilled human resources that paly significant role in the national development programs, and called on trainees to apply their profession in the national development programs with dedication.
