The submission of electronic applications and computerized sheets to enter higher education concerning special categories, such as Greeks abroad, foreigners, individuals suffering from serious diseases, will be made through the official website of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs in Greece.

The Ministry of Education specifies that electronic submission of the participation application and the computerized sheet to enter higher education for the academic year 2013 will be conducted for Greeks abroad from July 8 to 15, through the Ministry’s website and for foreigners from July 16 to 22.

Candidates suffering from serious diseases with a certificate proving their condition by the competent seven-member committees which have been established in certain public or university hospitals, will be invited to submit electronically through the Internet, a computerized sheet in September, on dates that will be announced by the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs during the last 10 days of August.
