While speaking with the leadership of the Clinic, the Vice-Chancellor stated that the purpose of the visit was to strengthen the existing relationship with the clinic. He also commended the unique management and leadership quality of the organization.
Professor Ayo added that it was rare to find the kind of organizational structure at Ace Medicare Clinics in many private hospitals. This, according to him, was one of the qualities that endear the clinic to the heart of the Management of Covenant University.
Responding, the Medical Director, Ace Medicare Clinics Limited, Dr. Oluwole Kukoyi, said that he was impressed with what the University stands for and its ambience. He expressed his desire to partner with the University since inception and also commended the achievements recorded by Covenant University within the short period of its existence thereby surpassing the performance of many older Universities in Nigeria.
Dr. Kukoyi stated further that the clinic’s vision is driven by the spiritual and academic excellence observed in Canaan Land.
On the Vice-Chancellor’s team were the Registrar, Dr. Ubong Ntia, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration), Dr. Taiwo Abioye, the Senior Assistant Registrar (VC’s Office), Mr. Kalu Okwuagwu and a team from the Corporate and Public Affairs Unit.
