Some of the skills included making herbal medicine, food processing, hygienic water and recycling plastics.
With the help of their teachers, the students were given an opportunity to come up with ideas and innovations from what they learn in class depending on their interests and talents.
Some parents bought some of the products which had been made by students.
The project models, according to the head teacher, Zaujja Matovu, are designed in a way that shows real life applicability of the practical work of students.
"Students are encouraged to go ahead with these projects, which can earn them a living while at school after," she said.
"We ensure that students undertake practical projects, to empower them with skills to help them in future," she explained.
She appealed to parents to help children develop their talents.
"We encourage students to attend these exhibitions and give in their input," she explained.
Joan Nansubuga, a Senior Four student who ran a project in herbal medicine explained that she used information from her grandparents to collect different herbs and shared the knowledge with colleagues.
