2 Uniben students shot dead at the sports complex of the Institution

A yet to be identified 200 level Industrial Mathematics student of the University of Benin, Edo state was on Friday shot dead by some unknown cultists. It gathered that the student was shot dead inside the school premises during his biometrics registration as directed by the National Universities Commission.

This is believed to be in retaliation for a previous killing at Osasogie area close to d institution yesterday gun shots were also heard close to the staff quarters of the institution around 8pm. rumours say d body count has risen.

Eye witnesses say the gunman dropped the gun and disappeared into the crowd before he could be identified. Snazzy was immediately rushed to the University of Benin Teaching Hospital. Don't know for sure if he died or survived. Will update as soon as confirmed
