Littoral University Seeks to Partner with Covenant University

Two key officers of Littoral University, Porto-Novo, Republic of Benin, arrived Covenant University on Monday, January 28, 2013 to understudy the University

In a session of interaction with them, the Vice Chancellor, Littoral University Professor Reuben Oyebode Ayeni stated that the purpose of their visit to the University was to appreciate the Board of Regents and to deliver their proposal to the University to solicit for assistance.

He mentioned the challenges they are facing which include infrastructural development on the permanent site of the University.

Responding, the Vice Chancellor Covenant University, Professor Charles Korede Ayo welcomed the officials to Covenant University and stated that the University will study their proposal with a view to ascertain possible areas of collaboration.

He commended them for the achievements they have recorded within the short period of existence.

Other management staff of the University present at the meeting include the Registrar, Dr Ubong Ntia; Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration), Dr T.O Abioye; Deputy Vice -Chancellor (Academic), Professor AAA. Atayero; Director, International Office and Linkages, Dr Nnamdi Ekeanyanwu.
